The latest version of the UTC clock is delivered in a ZIP file. This zip file contains 2 files, UTCClock.exe and Rocklizard.Win.UI.dll. the DLL provides support for the program. Just copy both of these files to a directory of your choice then run UTCClock.exe. You can put UTCClock.exe in your startup folder to have it run every time you start your computer.
Updates: The new version of UTC Clock remembers where you position it on the screen. When you start the clock again, it will display in it's previous position. This makes it easy for you to place it in a convenient area of your desktop and forget it.

I never seem to have my watch with me when I'm on the air. So, I wrote this quick and dirty UTC clock. It takes up very little screen space and displays local and UTC time and date. Click the link above or the picture to download.
You need the Microsoft .NET Framework to use this program. If you do regular Windows updates and you are running XP or newer then you have this.
There is no setup and the program makes no changes to your system. Just delete it if you decide not to use it.

This clock relies on your computers time zone settings to display the correct local time. Be sure that you have this set correctly if the clock is not displaying the correct time.
